1. I am NOT A #$@-INGGG> ROBOT, STOP ASKING ME!

2. After playing whack-a-mole with Captcha, it dumps my reply claiming "Invalid topic or ID..." BS.

If I had not saved my LONG post to notepad so I could copy it back if (when?) the forum puked and threw it away, all my time and effort would have been lost...

WHY? WHY? WHY are you still having these technical problems after so many have been hit (and screwed?) by these site errors?

Might be time to call upon some competent and skilled consultants. There are limits to being patient. At some point users expect the site technical resources to actually address these kinds of problems.

Before you delete this post because "you don't like it" consider how much users don't like the problems with CAPTCHA use on the site. Guess whose responsibility it is to address the problem with the site?

(read it before it is censored and deleted!)

I have a similar problem on another site. When the encrption puzzle comes up, it also asks if you are having trouble with Captcha. I click on it and up comes captcha 2. All you then do is click on "I'm not a robot". Not the perfect soution but no more quessing puzzles.

Often it is the percent sign using RV. Net... try spelling it out.

This post is my opinion (free advice). It is not intended to influence anyone's judgment nor do I advocate anyone do what I propose.

Not in this case [emoticon]

No percent signs, and using the forums.goodsamclub.com portal. rv.net was my go-to portal for years, but it seems to have a lot of troubles now since the merge

If it goes to captcha, I immediately hit Back on the browser, copy all my post, open a notepad window and paste it there, then try to post again, doodle around with captcha (I'll try the captcha2, thanks) and it if doesn't post, I close the tab, re-navigate to the thread, copy my notepad and paste into the window to try again.

Firefox. But it happens on different computers, different browsers, for different users.

Several people posted about this a while back, but posts and threads were deleted, a mod was all "offended" and thought there were just a few idiots who never used a computer before, LOL. Until others posted with the same problems and links and pics were provided.

It's an ongoing problem with this site's implementation of Captcha and cloudflare, but unless people post up their problems, they aren't going to fix it.

I have never, ever seen a CAPTCHA when I post. I wonder why you are getting them.

Now you've done it! Mr. Murphy is going to find you, LOL.

It was pretty good for a while, but today started up again.

I've seen captcha a couple of times- I believe it's CLoudflare doing it, not the forum. Either your IP range or browser user agent may be in the Cloudflare sketchy range, or the traffic is very heavy.
