RE: Overnite-er in the Hagerstown MD area

If you are going to the KOA just south of Hagerstown, there used to be a warning in their ad to NOT follow the GPS directions. don't know if that has been corrected however. bumpy

RE: Overnite-er in the Hagerstown MD area

I "think" the RV dealer on 81 at the Pa line might let you park. bumpy

RE: Self adhesive shower grab bar needed

RE: Tesla Cybertruck Camper - 24K pricetag

RE: Country Water Fill - Class C Jayco

to "suck " fluid in could be a winterizing system to add antifreeze to system? city water pressure should push water in the fresh water fill unless that valve is stuck??????????? bumpy

RE: leaving the stick and brick for the summer

having had that "leak in the wall" It gets uncomfortable to try to get to sleep when there are 6 huge de-humidifiers in your bedroom. bumpy

RE: cricket golf cart for a rv

I see they are powered with 3 12 volt batteries. that's a whole lot of weight before you add on the weight of the unit. bumpy

RE: cricket golf cart for a rv

I "assume" that is the same one discussed a couple of years back. IIRC had a choice of battery or gas. could move battery to RV to reduce load on hitch. don't remember any complaints/problems with it. bumpy

RE: Trying to figure out what trailers I can tow

RE: Flying J / RV Lanes

You are aware that Flying j fuel prices are higher than other stations! Even if they are higher, if they have an easy in/out where you don’t clog up the parking lot, it’s worth an extra few bucks. +1. i'll prioritize convenience and EZ in/out over price everytime. +3 bumpy

RE: Campground Fun Zones

I think for liability reasons a camp ground would be crazy to have a trampoline. bumpy Bumpyroad, If I did this right, here is a picture of what I was talking about. thanks, looks like fun. bumpy

RE: Ford V10 Triton

My Chieftain was on the original v 10 and had no problem with spark plugs blowing out, etc. the problem I had was the motor sucking in ground water due to air pickup location and got a "snorkle" from Ford for that. talked to a fella at a campground who had a newer model and was sort of gloating about that until we compared gas mileage and his smirk disappeared. bumpy

RE: Prostate problems

another possibility would be the UROlift device, and or the PAE. the literature claims TURPS is the "gold STANDARD" but I consider it barbaric compared to these other procedures. I get my generic saw palmetto from Amazon, much cheaper than those brand named ones. Don't know if terazosin has been discussed here but I have been taking that for years. bumpy

RE: RV Fuel Issues & Prices - Post 'Em Here!

The discussion is now about energy, not continuing the draining of a finite resource. how many years is this finite resource estimated to be available? bumpy

RE: Dodge all in on electric too 500 mile range Ram

this thread has certainly jumped off the rails. lets rebuild all of our RV parks to accommodate a few outliers. bumpy

RE: Dodge all in on electric too 500 mile range Ram

when discussing range, is that running the batteries all the way down or leaving an appropriate amount? bumpy
