RE: Which TPMS system to buy for truck and trailer?

I got TST great customer service. Very happy, has saved me big problems a couple of times.

RE: Problems with past RV Parks you've stayed at?

I agree with many others, music, tv's etc are a real problem. No one wants to hear someone else's music. Campgrounds should stop this quickly.

RE: Tims Ford SP to St. Louis, via Vogel SP

At Tims Ford you have a choice of two campgrounds. We prefer the Fairview campground as you are on the water, sites are spaced well. Site 41 is our favorite if available. Next we would prefer 28 or 29. Safe travels! How is site 39? Never been there but going in May.

RE: coronavirus...put it into perspective

None of those can be mitigated by any action. COVID19 can. None of those are as contagious. This will not be the end of the world, but it is irresponsible to downplay it as well. I know what you are saying and agree but.... Most all of those things can be prevented by what we eat, drink and do. Or at least to some degree.

RE: Land Between the Lakes

I'm a big fan of Piney. My favorite areas are Dogwood and Black Oak. Some full hook ups in Dogwood but most sites only have electric, you must fill water tank from hydrants near by so have some water hose with you. But you can go by the dump station and fill up (clean water for filling is there) when you get there. Piney has a nice store and church on Sundays.

RE: asking for suggestions/opinions

Pros and cons to both, that is why they keep making both. I have had TT and 5th wheel, I prefer to pull, hook and unhook the 5th wheel. I don't care for the steps in it. I carry my patio mat, lawn chairs and lots of firewood in the bed along with the hitch. Is there room for a generator, yes.

RE: Heated Mattress Pad

We have heated mattress pad and electric blanket, prefer the electric blanket.

RE: Camping Lights

My guess would be people just like them. The small colored lights around awning or camp site don't put out much light and don't bother me.

RE: What is a good camp stove to buy now days?

Recently bought a Blackstone griddle for camp cooking. Not much you can't do with it.

RE: Blackstone Griddle

Very interested in this discussion because wanting to get a gas griddle. My question centers between the Blackstone and Camp Chef tailgate combo, anyone have recommendations? Also looked at the 22 inch griddle. Not sure how often you need the grill and griddle at the same time on the combo. Would the 22 inch be better and get grill and griddle to switch back and forth?
