RE: Chinese RV factory visit

Bet the quality control will be better than the ones slapped together here.

RE: Wind noise E-450

Remember. You're pushing a sheet of plywood, vertically, down the road. No way around wind noise.

RE: Onan Generator Start Motor Continues to Run

The starter bendix or solenoid, may be sticking.

RE: Should I connect my sewer line when camping?

You can connect the hose. But, don't leave the drain valve open. There's not enough water flow, when flushing, to completely flush the effluent down the hose.

RE: Black Water Tank Issue

I would replace the drain valve. No telling what the drain cleaner did. The tank its self should be ok. Next time the tank won't drain. Connect the drain hose, lift the open end higher than the tank. Fill hose with water. Open the drain valve. The water in the hose will push the clog back. Close the drain valve. Carefully connect the hose to the sewer drain and empty.

RE: Ford v10 stalling in the first five minutes

I'm willing to bet it's the throttle body. Mine was doing the same thing. I was a Ford Technician for 25 years. I've replaced a ton of throttle bodies.

RE: How To Fix Blue Ox Mistake

Take it back and get another brand. You should not have to engineer anything to make it work.

RE: TPMS TST 507 vs EEZRV tire system

I have the TST system with the in tire monitors. I'm very happy with it. You get a true tire temp reading with the in tire sensors.

RE: Brake fluid flush

Consider a motive products pressure bleeder. Probably need the 2 or 3 tab ford adapter. https://www.motiveproducts.com/collections/domestic-bleeder-kits Get 2 or 3 quarts of Dot 4 and start with the longest run until it runs clear. I recommend Valvoline or Ford fluid. Absolutely, 100% use this flusher. I have one and did mine by myself. The Ford fluid is the best, has a very high wet boiling point. Also, would be a good time to replace the front rubber brake hoses. They tend to delaminate internally, causing the brake calipers to "stick".

Yes. Will flush right out.

RE: Cybertruck may have 1 million-mile battery

Yawn. The rest of the vehicle won't make it for 1 million miles. From whose crystal ball have you heard that from? Personal observation.

RE: 97 Bounder Steering Gearbox Leaking

That looks like one of the bolts for the control valve housing. The head is actually rusted off. Looking at the rust on it, you are better off replacing the the gearbox assembly.

RE: 2003 Jamboree slide out not working

The slide module has to see that the parking brake has been set. There's a switch on the park brake. More that likely it is bad. Not too bad of a job to replace.

RE: Keystone Bullet Premiere 19 FBPR Roof repair help

You could take a razor blade, cut a slit in the area of the delamination. Reglue with contact cement, then cover the slit with Eternabond tape. Just clean the surfaces off really well.

RE: Water heater melted (just bought)

How old is the RV? I would replace the entire water heater, for safety's sake.

RE: Idea for filtered air into the RV

I don't think I would want to breathe the oils from that air filter. There's a reason you don't see them in home HVAC systems.
