RE: New Outside Stairs

I'm with Edd505 on this. As long as they all use those idiotic steps, I won't buy a new RV. If an option was offered for folding steps, I'd be interested. I'd =really= like to know how much MorRyde paid the mfrs to =all= change over in < 3 years.

On my fifth wheel the Mor/Ryde steps were an option. Folding steps are standard. The option is well worth it to me. This is my fourth Fifth Wheel trailer and the steps are much better than any I've had before, including Tork Lift Glow steps that I had on my previous Mobile Suites.

RE: Auxiliary fuel tank and gravity vs electronic pump

I have a 40 gallon RDS tank with gravity feed. I have a manual shut off valve and also a electric solenoid that controls the flow. The electric valve has a switch in cab and is wired to a "ignition on" circuit so it closes when the truck is shut off or the switch is in off position. The valve I use is this one I bought at Amazon.

RE: Residential Refrigerator question

I have the Fridge Fixer and it works very well. Our fiver has a Insignia refrigerator that does not have handles that accommodate a velcro strap that we were able to use on previous campers. Here is a link to it:

RE: Fridge lock

The Fridge Fixer is what we use.

A bit pricey but a great product.
Our new RV came with Insignia appliances and the fridge does not have handles that can be used with a strap.
