How old is that TV and/or the antenna?

RE: Nascar Follies

The Penske cars and Kurt Busch are always in the lead group it seems, even with Toyota's massive funding advantage.

RE: airtabs

Large trucking companies spend large amounts of money to gain a tenth of a mile per gallon. Have you EVER seen Airtabs on a semi? Yes Also yes. What do you think those giant vertical and horizontal flaps at the loading doors are on semi trailers for? You can always tell an owner operator, they will have them deployed. A company driver will not take the time as it's not his dime.

RE: Goodyear G614 ,and Endurance Tires

I'm sure glad that I have 6K axles. I'd never be able to sleep again otherwise. :)

RE: Mississippi Coast campgrounds

Buccaneer State Park. click here We like Buccaneer State park as well. We first camped there in the 80's and then it got totally wiped out by a hurricane. . . not sure which one. It was eventually rebuilt. Now all FHU sites and paved. Lovely park and they rebuilt the water park out front as well. Dale That hurricane was Katrina. Waveland was where the eye came ashore and literally wiped parts of town off of the map. Nice museum in town depicts the damage and recovery. It's a nice little town with casinos if you are into that.

RE: over nite stops

Had pic of a Volvo (car) in a truck spot but can't find it. I'll put it up later.

RE: Leather Sofa Or Fabric Sofa?

Leather but make sure that it is real leather. The faux stuff fails quickly. If no kids are involved consider fabric but accidents do happen.

RE: Where to put generator in 21' travel trailer

Theft is usually just opportunity. They don't steal what they don't see. Put it in a plastic tub just inside the TT door while traveling or gone from the site. Make sure you turn the gas off if your gen has that option. If you have a bed cover leave it under there but locked to a corner lower tie down.

RE: Used Montana vs. Jayco Pinnacle

They are both quality units but I would go with the Jayco having owned 2. Don't dwell on it too long or they will both be gone.

RE: Need a 1/2" Propane Hose ASAP

Hire a 12 year old with a 22 or you will be fixing it again. Check local regulations first. Pellet guns are less than $40 and won't have the neighbors calling "shots fired" and getting you shot. BTW they do make low velocity 22 longs that the neighbors won't even hear.

RE: Class-C'ers Unsecured EZ-Up Meets Side of Nice Prevost

Good thing it didn't hit legs first. The slide corner stopping it may have kept it from scraping down the whole side of the coach. She is a pretty one.

RE: Why remove dinette booth and replace with table and chairs

"We don't need the bed space tho I better act quick before the wife thinks about bringing a grandkid." Cracked me up. No way to win that one, mine wants to bring 2 at a time. I've agreed but only if they are potty trained. I've about run out of that one, the last one is mostly out of that now. The cool thing is that they become little people about the same time so they are much more enjoyable.

Who says the C pictured owned the EZ up? It could have come from anywhere.

RE: New to rv ownership is this an okay fix?

I wouldn't have waited until the rain stopped. Too late for that now but get the right cover. Water damage is the number one killer of RVs.

RE: Parking on Slopped Drivery

I see that no cars are parked on that street. Is there a HOA or a busybody neighbor that will quickly have that TT removed and the cars back in the garage? This entire concept is wishful thinking. Please find a storage unit and bring it home the night before you leave to pack.
