RE: Ram 3500 with factory airbags

As stated above, it is an active air suspension designed to carry the load on air. The spring is there to locate the axle and maintain alignment. The overload as you discribe it is to protect the system in case of a failure or when the system is deflated with full load

RE: Carsick dog

Get a fresh newspaper, fresher the better. Lay it out under a blanket for him to lay on. The smell of the ink will keep him from getting sick. Our daughter would get car sick and this is what our doctor suggested, it works. We had a dog that would get sick, so we tried it with him, he no longer got sick and actually looked forward to going for a ride.

RE: Propane furnace issue

2 things
The tare ( empty ) weight of a 20# propane tank is 17#, if you tank weighs 12#, its empty and you scale is way off.
2nd, at that outside temperature, your propane may not be able to vaporize to meet demand of the furnace. Try warming the tank with a heating pad. They make a propane tank heat that attaches to the bottle.

RE: dometic furnace problem

Try closing the valve on your propane tank and bleeding off the pressure, then open the valve very slowly. It sounds like you might of trip the excessive flow protecion valve.

RE: Folding Bikes

We had the folding ones from Caming World, stored them in the basement. They ride and worked well. Just replaced them with recumbent trikes, otherwise we would still be riding them.

RE: Tire help

I moved up from 16" LT tires to 17.5" MT tires. They are a load range J, running 125 PSI, and have over 24,000 pounds of capacity. Have had them over 5 years and have not regretted it once.

RE: Water heater problem

Check for an obstruction in the burner tube, like a spider nest. Also, check the fire chamber for a wasp nest. Very common

RE: Predator 3500 spewing gas out of the canister vent

It's possible you overfilled it. the gas needs room to expand as it warms up.
Need to leave a 1/2 inch above fuel for expansion

RE: Eu2000i muffler cleaning ideas?

Soak the muffler in carburetor cleaner, you can find carburetor cleaner in a gallon dip/soak can with basket. Most auto parts stores have it. When done soaking, you rinse off with water.
