RE: 6.7L Cummins VS 6.7L Cummins HO

I don't think you will regret it. I have had no issues with mine.

RE: Idle/Drive Ratio

2018 Cummins Idle: 736 Drive: 365 Bought it with 56k on it about 2 weeks ago. You sure those are correct? 56,000 miles in 365 hours is 153.4 average mph! Even 736 hours is an average of 76 mph, not realistic. 736 is the idle, not the drive.

RE: Tires---Ouch

Just put a set of 275/65R20's on my truck They are mud tires, but what I needed where I live and travel. I paid about $1050 plus $120 mounting and balancing from Simpletire and they will price match anybody.

RE: Truck Fire Ford SD 6.7

Had the same thing happen to me on a 96 Bronco, they think it was the cruise control malfunctioning. Saw smoke under the hood, next thing whole frontend was gone.

RE: Ram 6.7 fuel filters

Pic of my new and old filters on a recent change. Both NanoNet that is listed for the 13 and up Cummins 6.7 engine mount filter. Notice how clean the old filter is at 15k usage. The under bed filter/water separator really does it's job well!!! Pic taken from genosgarge.com List of filters based on years. https://i.imgur.com/QDASklil.jpg https://i.imgur.com/xSvtUe8l.jpg They do look good for 15k. I'm too scared to go that long, change oil and fuel at 10k just to be on the safe side.

RE: Ram 6.7 fuel filters

If you can't find them online, you may be able to find them at a Cummins dealer. I've bought from them in the past. About the same prices. After talking with Cummins12V98, I will only use the 3 he suggested. I change mine every 10k, even though it says I can go longer. Same with the oil. You're right, the prices have gone crazy!
