RE: Water pump runs but no water pressure

Not using the pump for an extended period of time can allow the parts to dry out and stick, I guess, causing the pump to not prime. I got a new Shurflo pump and it had water in it. I suppose it was for that reason.

RE: Honda 3000 Problem

Most airports and marinas sell e free gas. Our Race Tracs sell e free gas for boats in Fl. NOPE, not "everywhere". PA, you NEED to have a legit FAA TAIL NUMBER in order to purchase "AV" fuel from an airport. For racing fuel, you NEED to own a race car AND have a valid PIT ticket for that day.. Don't know of ANY "Marinas" selling anything other than adulterated gas with alcohol in PA.. In northwest PA we have ethanol-free gas at various gas stations

RE: Honda 3000 Problem

Has it been stored with gas in the carb? And do you use ethanol-free gas? Ethanol gas is hard on small engines.

RE: Water pump problem

I agree you need to adjust the head pressure switch. On the end opposite of the motor, there is a recessed screw next to where the wires connect that requires a small hex wrench to adjust. Turn it slightly one way or another until the pump stops cycling.

RE: Trailer Life Magazine

I compared the number of pages between issues, March has 98 pages, April 66 pages, and May 106 pages. I figure it out, April was a shorter month. :)

RE: Passenger side convex tow mirror source

Passenger side mirrors are standard equipment. On Amazon lookup mirrors that you like and ask a question.

RE: Passenger side convex tow mirror source

I have the extendable heated mirrors on my 2012 F150. They have the lower convex mirrors that can be manually adjusted separately from the main mirrors. The passenger side's main mirror is also convex. There are lots of aftermarket mirrors available online.

In Pennsylvania if you take the insurance off your vehicle you are required to turn in your tag.

RE: Converter charging circuit

With everything turned off what voltage are you getting at the battery? The .54 volts sounds a bit wierd.

RE: Water dripping from New AC

It sounds like the fins are frosting up. People suggest running the fan on high speed and making sure the air filter is clean.

RE: Converter charging circuit

Replacing the WFCO converter with a better one will be a plus, you will get better battery life. You may want to go battery shopping while waiting for the converter.

RE: Adding an hour meter to a portable generator

I bought an hour only version from Amazon for about $8.50. There are many of them listed there but I think they are all the same. I just went to the cheapest one. It works perfectly.

RE: ? L E D taillights

I have seen a number of times that the bulbs should be replaced with red LED bulbs because they show up better.
