RE: Lacrosse quality?

Have owned a Lacrosse since 2013 and I have been very happy with it. Only problem we've had is with the 4 door refer that came with it...but that's not the trailers fault since those refers don't do good in slide outs with high temps. We also lived in it for a year and it never gave us any problems.

RE: Digital Thermostat Cuts on AC During Freezing Weather

I agree with Dodge Guy. When I first got my present TT I set the thermostat to AUTO instead of simply Hot or Cold. When the heater came on, it would heat enough to turn on the air conditioner. Not talking about the auto setting for the fan, just the temp setting.

RE: What kind of RPM's do you get? What about MPG?

I have a 05 E350 van with the 6.0 diesel (yes, it's been de-Forded) and I tow a 35 Ft. Travel trailer all over the country. I typically get around 13 mpg and hit around 1500 rpm on the flat and 2300 to 2800 going up hills(the higher end in the mountains).

RE: Hey Y'all! Have a noob question!

Just to add another thought. If it's only for weekends as you say, until you plan on longer stays, why don't you just go get a cassette toilet to take with you on those weekends? That way, you wouldn't have to worry about the main toilet at all.

RE: Hey Y'all! Have a noob question!

If it were me, I would fill the tank with water and dump it before leaving it for any length of time. The odor pods (or liquid) will not last for longer than a week or so and you also run the risk of the solids in the tank starting to adhere to each other and forming something you'll play heck trying to get out.

RE: Flying J and Pilot moving toward B20 diesel?

$4000.00, that's how much it cost me to fix everything bio screwed up on my vehicle so when everything goes to bio, I guess I'll have to quit driving my vehicle. In case you're wondering, 2005 6.0 Ford motor in a van...delaminated the fuel tank which took out the fuel pump and several injectors also, NOT supposed to run any bio of any percentage in the system (or so Ford tells me).
