I skimmed the video and the recipe doesn't appear to have been written down. I searched and there are many recipes available via a "Google" search, here is a simple one from The Pioneer Woman, which I would use as a base recipe.

The recipe is underneath the video. You hit the arrow underneath the right hand side of the video and it drops the information box down where the recipe is written.

From memory plus I don't use a recipe.

Cover ham bone with water and simmer for an hour or so.
After and hour, remove all ham from bone and size ham pieces for the soup.
Put ham and bone back in pot and add drained navy beans that have been soaked overnight.
Add chopped onion, celery, carrots, bay leaves.
Cook until beans are tender (About an hour).
Remove bone and bay leaves, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with corn bread.

This is the Chiles Rellenos thread. I think you want to put it in the Ham Bone thread.
