An interesting article about AT&T reducing video speeds on the Mobley with their new Stream Saver option which is on by default, but supposedly can be changed by the user. I say "supposedly" because I was unable to save the "Off" choice. Maybe you'll have better luck.

I had no problem turning off Streamsaver on my Mobley account. I just checked again before posting, and it's still off.

Thanks for the feedback. I've tried for several days now and I get the following when trying to save:

Something's not working. We can't save your new Stream Saver setting for this device right now. Give it some time, and try again.

I'll give it a few more days then contact them for a resolution.

I have two Mobley lines and both still have stream saver turned off.

When you call AT&T, be sure that your Mobley SIM is in your Mobley (and not in another device) and showing as such in your online account before you call.

I just went onto my account and it would not let me turn it off. I'm guessing they got smart and disabled the disable. I am not as concerned with getting stellar streaming of video as much as still being able to stream video when I want. The old Jensen TV we have isn't that good anyway. Will check back to see if others resolve with a quick question to support or if it's a pita.

EDIT: Interestingly I tried editing my cellular plan with them and received the same message.

I have T-Mobile which uses the same hardware.. THey ask me to review it .. I do not think they will be publishing my review (I will keep it till I can dump it but it very simply does not do what I want it to do, It won't even stay in the OBD port (I will fix that however).

I initiated a Chat session with them from the Manage Data page and they turned it off manually.

I toggled mine on and off to test the difference and download stayed the same at 28mb download 30 up.

T-Mobile has had the ZTE Mobley for a long time not sure of the data plan.

ATT $20 month unlimited data plan for the Mobley was a big drawing card however it is no longer offered.
