A friend of ours is having a proper Hogmanay celebration on Dec 31. I'm hosting the Burns' Night.

The Beastie (Haggis) and the Black Bun are proper culinary delights accompanied by the mandatory single malt. I'm too white headed to first foot but a grandson of the host will do the honors.

What do you have in mind for New Year's Eve?

First law of science: don't spit into the wind.
Keep on rollin'!

Had a fine time last night. We even learned a simple Scottish country dance. The food was outstanding and I picked up some ideas for the Burn's Night celebration. No dancing for Burns' Night at least this year. [emoticon]
