I looked at my RV mail on this forum and there are odd dates I know must be wrong. I thought maybe it was a backwards date format like day/year/month but cannot be

All 3 numbers are way too old.
The one from 12/20/04 is the only one with a high enough number that could be the year (20).
Is there a way to correct the date format?

Do you have any idea what the dates should actually be? I know in America we list the date as mm/dd/yyyy. Seems like the majority of the Europeans use dd/mm/yyyy. So a 01/05/2020 could be January 5, 2020 or May 1, 2020.

I know this doesn't help you in this instance. But on my last job which was at an international company there were only a few date formats allowed which always spelled out the month so there were no mistakes

05 Jan 2020
05 January 2020
January 05 2020

Maybe some day as the world gets smaller we will force ourselves to do the same and help avoid confusion.
