Unless you are very wealthy, I would not even consider buying a motor home or any luxury item right now!

Curious about this comment. In the coming months will be the perfect time to buy an RV. Not everyone is, or will be out of work.

NO, actually the opposite. Those million dollar coaches are so complex that one almost need a tech on duty 24/7. The absolute opposite of KISS.

Totally agree. Knew a guy that spent over a million and had so many problems he traded it back in

I would like to buy a used class A motorhome but not sure which ones are of good quality.I was looking at a Thor Ace but thanks to people on this site, I learned that that unit would not fit my needs. Any comments on which used class A's i should be looking at would be appreciated.
I will be using it for extended travel with a lot of time spent out west in the summer. I only want gas units. I'm looking for 2017 or newer and am willing to spent up to $80,000.

I think I'd go with the best quality Newmar available and for dropping back for how many years necessary to meet my budget.

Just my opinion but Tiffin and Newmar are the best in gas powered Class A. Also popular are Fleetwood and Winnibago. I'd run away from anything with the THOR label on it.
