Pull up your original post so you can read it. Then on the left side at both the top and the bottom of the page you can click on Reply to Topic To answer questions or just generally participate in the various subjects.

I went back to look also and the only thing I saw was Mexicowander went off on a rant. He should have been deleted instead of post closed.

There are some issues with the moderators closing and deleting posts. I'm sure the moderator closed your post due to some of the responses you received that have nothing to do with you. Please start a new thread. You can link to the original thread, as long as the moderators don't delete it, by clicking the hyperlink labeled "Link" in your original thread, copy the link, and paste it into your new thread.

As I said in my response to your original thread, there are some issues here with grumpy trolls (some of them moderators). There are also some issues with technical difficulties. Try not to take it personally, those trolls are just that trolls. There is also a wealth of useful information and a community of helpful and wise people willing to share.

I don't understand why my tech question was closed. Can anyone let me know why this is? Thanks!

happy2rv pretty much summed it up.
Also you don't see any of the deleted "stuff" which may be part if the decision to close or delete it.
If the/your originating post is still there, you can assume it was okay and others responding gave cause for it to be locked or deleted.
Just the nature of the beast.
We may not get it right all the time but we do try our best.

These are trying times and being RVers, most of us are getting/are edgy and stir crazy [emoticon]
It's going to be a rough time for the next months ahead.

All said and done, it's a pretty good group and someday you may sit around a campfire with some.
Might even be next to me [emoticon], just never know!!

Stay safe

As closing your thread had nothing to do with your question, I'd also recommend creating a new thread, focusing on what specific questions you may still have based on those helpful responses you received? As with anything posted on the Net, take any info with a grain of salt and confirm with multiple sources for consistent answers to your questions?

You can always send a PM to a specific Moderator (Mod) with questions about your thread/posts? Though realize that Mods generally have to manage multiple threads, sometimes multiple forums, or may not be online due to other responsibilities? And, therefore, have limited time to 'babysit' a specific thread? Which may necessitate closing the thread, to prevent trolls from further degrading it to the point where it becomes so off-topic, that it may have to deleted completely?

Stick with it. Post your question again.
