True, but yet there they are in the same park.

You must be traveling pretty light with the 39 footer you got , at 16000 GVWR with that SRW short bed .!
We full timed in the Bighorn for almost two years. Both boxes in the truck bed full, Demco 6099 picture frame with B&W manual slide(about 270 lbs for hitch) and the trailer loaded close to it's 16K GVWR, for a combined wait 24,520
Front: 5120
Rears: 6620
Truck 11740 (over by 40, licensed to 12K)
Trailer: 12780
Truck ready to tow: 8900
Trailer dry weight:12950
Stuff in trailer: 2,670
Trailer loaded: 15620
Comined: 24,520

My truck, without look at the receipt was close to 15 years old when I had it done.
Then you got a heck of a deal, as long as you got new injectors and not re-mans.
Given, the cheapest you could buy a set of NEW injectors, even a few years ago, along with the other required parts is about what you got charged overall, the dealer either did it 100% for free and did not buy the injectors through the GM network OR they slapped in a set of remans.
Hope for the first one.
Although, 15 years, 150k miles, likely with only OE filtration, which was better than Dodge at the time but not good enough to maximize injector life, is a pretty good lifespan.

Thats pretty close to 2K more then what I am towing with my 2014, although it does a great job, being a SRW with a short bed ,its got a bit longer wheel base then yours being the megacab, and its all I want with a SRW.

I took a road trip from SE PA to Cleveland ( about 7 hours ) this week not towing... On my return, I tried to count what I saw...
Hot Shots:
4 Rams -3 Fords - 1 GMC
Larger Cargo trailers-2 axle, clearly HD for a business:
4 Fords - 4 GMC/Chevy - 2 Ram
Travel Trailers:
2 Ram - 2 Ford - 2 GMC/Chevy
Fifth Wheels -
1 Ram - 1 Ford.. BOTH were new RV's being pulled by RV Transport Co.
And I am 100% sure I missed some., trying to talk on phone, drive at 75, stay awake, and count all at the same time ...
