We're in a 38' with a toad. How is 1 heading north?
Also, we're looking for diesel along the area. We'll be on 101 from Morro Bay until ... whatever route is best for getting to the Monterey area and then to Half Moon Bay.
Thanks!

I never see a problem for your rig to take Highway 1.
Just fill up before you set off or you'll encounter the most expensive diesel in the planet along the way.
It's also one of the most scenic route.

Thanks! We found a Costco in Santa Cruz and have been using Google Earth to see if we'll be able to do it. Fingers crossed.

Oh, but I do have vertigo! However, I'm not the driver and can close my eyes.
We just wanted to be sure there were no length restrictions as there are around the Big Sur area.

The highway was wide enough and there were no length restrictions -- well, the last time as I travelled it many times in the past (past, emphasized, lol).
Make several stops to admire the view, browse on quaint shops and smell the flowers, unless you have some allergies, and lately legal, inhale.

There is something special about camping in an RV.

Morrow Bay to Half Moon Bay is only 223 miles. Not sure why you'd be looking for diesel if you fill up first (unless I missed something, lol). BTW the Gas Buddy app is your friend for finding gas/diesel.
