Looks like the rear shocks weren't much better than the front ones. ![biggrin [emoticon]](https://forums.trailerlife.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/biggrin.gif)

Just this side of that fence is where my truck sat for the last 20 years.
I wish I'd taken my camera with me the day I bought it.

This fire fighting apparatus had been in the back of the truck for over 25 years. The owner and his partner owned a small logging business up on the mountain not from where I live.
When they closed up shop they asked my friend if he could keep the truck at his pace for them, that was 2002 and my friend never heard from him again. They probably figured that was easier than taking to the wrecking yard.
It took me 3 months to get a clear title for it. I've only had it licensed for about a week now. I still have tons to do but at least now I can drive it into town.

Regular cabs. The best looking trucks.

On the contrary, I've never done scaled axle weights on a pickup.
I did again this morning. LOL
I used DOT closed scales to weigh this HellCat Hauler combo. Last number is the trailer weight.

They are made by Deestone, they call them d503.
There was Dunlop with the same tread pattern mounted on a split rim in the bed when I bought the truck.
Paper work says the truck was shipped with 7.50-16 10-ply black side wall tires. That's the same size that these tires are.
There's a pretty good change that's what came on the truck when it was new.
They are great off=road and mud tires.

I might not get out grooming this year. ![frown [emoticon]](https://forums.trailerlife.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/frown.gif)
I have a new brain tumor, more melanoma. So back for more treatments on regular basis. My snowcat boss and another park manager are covering for me. ![smile [emoticon]](https://forums.trailerlife.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)
