Hi folks,
We are looking forward to heading back south now that the border is open.
One thing we wanted to take a serious look at was some sort of portable deck/step system, just before this pandemic business, so here we are again.
We love our unit, but the entrance steps are not our favourite. We found a place in Texas that makes an aluminum deck/step system that is portable and looks appealing. I cannot find many reviews out there and wonder if anyone has seen or used this product? The portabllity aspect is important to us as we will stay in an area for several weeks before moving on. I’ve attached the link to this company to give you an idea of what they have and are looking for..
Are there any other products or ideas out there that have the deck and step, while being portable? Thanks in advance for any insight or inputs you may have!

We looked at their porta step a few years back and really liked the idea that their top step was deep enough that you could stand on it and open the door. the step portion is similar to the Torqlift Glow step. These just hook on your existing step. Very solid but you need to have the space to carry them

Here is a thought -- decouple the step and the deck parts of the project. Get a set of Torklift Glowsteps. Then find a modular deck, maybe something like this:
Deck
2012 Fun Finder X-139 "Boondock Style" (axle-flipped and extra insulation)
2013 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road (semi-beefy tires and components)
Our trips -- pix and text

I emailed them and the large deck/step weighs 130 lbs all in. It breaks down to fit a space of 2 ft x 4 ft or less.
