Refrigerant leak, locked compressor, bad run capacitor, bad thermostat, open overload just for starters.

Have you checked the thermostat to make shure it is set to the right "mode"?

Brand and model of A/C and thermostat will help us that do not own that brand of trailer.
Next, are you getting power to the bedroom unit, is compressor running, is blower running, is thermostat set correctly? Lots of info needed to help you.

Dometic ACs and Dometic control center 2 thermostat. They both start and shut off when temperature is met. Must need to recharge it. Don't know if you can recharge RV ACs?

MRE, the RV units are sealed and do not have charging connections. They can be installed, but to be done properly, it is not cheap. A unit losing its charge is not a common failure mode. You need to do further diagnostics before you go down that path.
How old are the units?

The trailer is a '15 Columbus. Bedroom ac has never worked right.
