Main is fine but bedroom ac doesn't blow cold air. Next, are you getting power to the bedroom unit, is compressor running, is blower running, is thermostat set correctly? Lots of info needed to help you. They both start and shut off when temperature is met. Must need to recharge it. Don't know if you can recharge RV ACs? They can be installed, but to be done properly, it is not cheap. A unit losing its charge is not a common failure mode. You need to do further diagnostics before you go down that path. How old are the units?
