They say sorry for the disruption please call back at a later date. What's up with that Marcus???????? Has anyone else had this issue? We’re waiving late fees for customers whose payment due date fell on June 27 or 28, 2022. Those customers’ inability to make a payment will not affect their credit score. You can now check your balance and make a payment online using EasyPay, or by calling the number on the back of your card or on your statement. Until we restore full service, we will not charge a pay-by-phone fee when you make a payment with one of our representatives.
