I would find the chairs I want to use and find a good cabinet maker in your area. He will figure out what you want when you describe it

Find a set you like at a furniture store and screw the table to the floor. Lay the chairs down when traveling. The booth will be easy to remove, we removed oure, 8 screws for each side.

We took the booth out of our MH 2 years ago. First we look at finding a table a chair combo that would work. That did not go well, we ended up keeping the table. Just by luck we were at a used furniture store and found two chairs that not only looked good but the wood color fit the MH just fine. Yes it would have been nice to find a table chair combo the size seems to be a big factor.

Update:
Removed the booth seats and boy, what a difference!
Using some high end folding chairs until we can find something we like. An awful lot of unusable storage under the old booth seats! Going on a 2 week trip so we will see how it works out. The booth seats always just seemed to collect things!
